Refund policy

At The SPARK Studio, every session and BluePrint is prepared specifically for you. As each service is personalised, please read the following policy before booking.

 

Discovery Call

Discovery Calls are complimentary and may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.

The Ideas Session

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may not be elible for a refund.

The Launch BluePrint

Your BluePrint is created specifically for your business and therefore cannot be refunded once work had begun or the completed BluePrint has been delivered.

Founder Runway

Founder Runway is a personalised mentoring programme.

Once the programme has commenced, refunds are not available for sessions already completed.

Should The SPARK Studio need to reschedule your appointment, an alternative date will always be offered.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific chosen package.

Reschedule
We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the reschedule was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be sent an email with the next available date.
